Liked: Hotel in good area, rooms are ok nothing special, bathroom was very small. was surprised to see this rated as one of the best in Copenhagen city, breakfast was ok but I would avoid the busy time between 9 and 10 as it's a bit crazy

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the room was, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was out of this world! Lots of variety and good quality. The bathroom was bright and clean and the building itself was beautiful, though the outside could use more signage. The location was very close to lots of restaurants and shops as well as transit and sights. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Liked: I liked the building, the furniture and style and the location
Disliked: I felt that the service was very basic and the staff was not friendly. In order to get the room cleaned, it was necessary to put the 'please make my room' sign outside before 9 am. On one day, I put it out at 9.07 and when I returned in the evening, my room wasn't made. So, it seems that housekeeping is not even walking along the corridors. When I checked out, nobody asked me 'How was your stay?' or even wished me a good flight. I was given a card to the luggage room and had to carry my luggage there myself. In general, I did not hear any friendly comments, please or thank you, from the staff. I wonder why we refer to hotels as the 'hospitality industry' - there is no hospitality. I could have gone to a Citizen M or some kind of self-service location.
