Liked: Fantastic sized room with all the little extras you could wish for including a coffee machine. The balcony overlooking Copenhagen was a luxury, which although a little cold to use in November (even though they provided blankets) would be perfect in the summer months. Beautiful room, in the middle of the tourist hot spots, in a beautiful hotel. A cocktail bar in the lobby which is perfect for after a hard day's sight seeing. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very eager to help.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say about it.

Liked: you could choose what days your room was cleaned. the staff were very helpful and the room was very nice.
Disliked: the bar was card only and after paying for a drink at the reception when I was leaving they tried to charge again

Disliked: First of all, few days before my trip the hotel sent me the link to pay for my stay. Obviously, I paid. When I arrived I was informed that they were hacked and I need to pay once again. I was really disappointed as I didn’t expect this and it’s my money!!! Second of all, the room on the pictures does not correspond to real property.
