Disliked: We have stayed at this hotel before, but this time, our visit left us with mixed feelings. Let me give you an example.On the first day, I ordered Eggs Benedict and coffee for breakfast. I was served two toasts with eggs and a cup of coffee. Everything was excellent. My wife and I even remarked on how delicious the coffee was.The next day, we ordered the same thing, but this time… we were served one piece of toast with a single egg and coffee of terrible quality (it tasted like water with a hint of coffee). When I pointed out that there was only one egg instead of two, as served the previous day, the waiter replied that he could bring a second egg if I wanted.Breakfast at this hotel costs 40 francs per person. Is there really no standard for the dishes? For a hotel that positions itself as a 5-star establishment, I find this unacceptable!

Liked: Ideal location. 40 mins drive from the airport. Edge of Zurich old and new towns. The whole team at The Widder always did everything they could to ensure their guests' stay is outstanding.
