Disliked: Room was small, beds were really soft and uncomfortable, electrical outlets in bathroom were not working, over abundance of carpet “fresh” for pets and bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, hence it was filthy . They should not have carpet in pet rooms, you cannot get odors out. I upgraded and thought I was getting complimentary snack(s) and water, larger room. Seems (upgrade paid for their Lounge) extra their Lounge (???) I would think their Lounge would be open to all guests. PLUS NO ONE AT FRONT DESK TOLD ME ANYTHING about this supposed upgrade, I assumed I didn’t get it, but was billed for it. The charges on my bill said for 4 adults/ 3 children, it was two of us. Pet charges were extreme. $75.00 non refundable! Crazy!! I asked for an hour later check out, was told an abrupt NO. Front desk needs real work on their manners and just plain helpfulness. I actually had to get a luggage cart myself and maneuver it myself. We had to park our vehicle in their parking structure two blocks away. I had no idea where our room was, nor that I had to use the key card in the elevator. young people already know these things. Was not told there was a lounge or where the restaurant was. Just a real lack of service. Not happy!

Liked: Very clean and large room Also was able to get an earlier check in!
Disliked: Could add in a Microwave A shared parking garage staircase could use regular steam cleaning including sidewalk.

Liked: Very stylish and clean. Great walking distance to casinos and restaurants.
Disliked: We felt the non-refundable $75 dog fee was ridiculous. It should have been refundable upon inspection of the room. There was no evidence of the dog upon checking out.

Liked: Central location to events.Clean rooms and spacious. Nice bath robes provided.Nice Cafe W restaurant and bar.
Disliked: Parking is separate from hotel and guests are charged for parking each time leaving. Plan on hauling your bags from garage to Hotel entrance. and when leaving.
