Horrible stay. Never again!! Staff...

Liked: Nothing notable
Disliked: Pool was under construction. Fiberglass and other chemicals filled the air. Generator going. I was not notified ahead of time about these circumstances, and was not given the opportunity to cancel and they put my elderly mother in the room right next to the construction!! Staff was not amenable at all. Horrible experience!!

Would stay there again!

Liked: The only problem with the property is the pool and the hot tub were not working, under construction. that can’t be helped breakfast was grabbing go but had everything we needed!! The staff is very friendly and helpful and we would definitely go there again!

Liked: Friendly staff. Breakfast was fine. Keurig in room was great with plenty of coffee. Good location, nice canyon views.
Disliked: Room was worn and needed updating. No elevator to 2nd floor. No hot breakfast. Shower soap dispenser empty.

Liked: It was cheaper than everything else
Disliked: Better beds, cheaper rates. $300 is insane and I'm sure it's that high just because Big Sky thinks they're Aspen. Stayed at a quality inn in spearfish tonight for $100 and it was cleaner. Better beds, better room amenities.

Liked: There was ample "yard" space for a dog to potty. Great View of the surrounding mountains. Room wasnt fancy, but it was clean and comfortable
Disliked: There was an expensive tax fee on the room that wasn't advertised until I went to pay. There was a massive argument at 10:30pm on our floor. Screaming and doors slamming. I attempted to call the front desk, however it was a rat maze of automated calls that made it impossible to ever reach an actual person. The fight is more or less out of the hands of the property, however, the lack of communication is what really did us in. Also, the phone supplied in the room was non functional.
