Liked: Nothing was too much trouble , in fact they upgraded us to a luxury room which was very clean in fact our original room was very clean which was very spacious and thoroughly enjoyed our stay We will be back , thank you

Liked: The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and plenty of towels and other things that you may need. The room was warm.

People, room, and breakfast were...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean, although cold at first, but a fan heater was in the room, and we could turn the radiators on at will. Excellent tea and coffee making facilities, which were re-filled as we needed.
Disliked: This is not a dislike, but another establishment we have used did have a small package of various doggie treats with the tea and coffee making facilities, which made us feel that the doggie was being welcomed to the place as much as we were. Just an idea
