Disliked: Bed very uncomfortable, breakfast was unpleasant and I had dirty cutlery. The waitresses were removing food and juices well before anyone had finished eating. I really expected good food and was very disappointed.

Disliked: Needed hand wash on sink in bathroom and a toilet brush.Decaff coffee at breakfast had a bizarre taste.

Liked: staff are very polite and friendly, location is excellent with free parking around the back of the hotel
Disliked: bathroom was adequate, bath was partially enameled ...? restaurant was closed because of xmas party's,so had to eat out
