Disliked: Not to much cover for the rain.

Would stay again

Liked: Nice design.Good location only a few minutes to the busy area and beach of Waikiki.
Disliked: The room was not as clean as I'd have liked, but it was acceptable.

Not worth the price, and...

Liked: Staff was very friendly. I had back-to-back reservations and Garfield was able to keep me in the same room and made the process very easy for me with the 2 check ins/check outs. Answered all of my questions that I had. ALL of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival.
Disliked: Couldn’t call the property, apparently there were issues with the phone? Tried chatting my questions, never received a reply, didn’t have the room I booked so I was given a food & Bev credit which I appreciated but would rather have had the room honestly. $45 a night for valet parking is absurd, and on top of that when I checked out I had to wait 45 minutes to receive my car. Since I paid $20/hr for a late check out, I really feel one of those hours should have been taken off to compensate for me having to wait for my own vehicle. No line, not backed up, just not an employee in sight when the system is automated anyways- confusing. Pool is TINY with only 8 available chairs to lay on for the entire property. No food available on property until noon so no breakfast. Was definitely expecting more of a resort vibe from the website instead of a hotel with a courtyard pool slapped in the middle of the city.

Good location , need improvement...

Liked: Location is very good, you can walk to International market in 3mins, Target is there as well, and the waikiki beach is only 6mins walk away. The decor is chic, my room comes with a mini kitchen with kettle and microwave and dining table.
Disliked: The bathroom is big and the “closet” hangers are all inside, not a problem for me but the shower is a bit weird. It’s at the small corner of the bathroom with no light and window , there’s so much space in the bathroom so should have plenty of space for reform. I don’t have problem sleeping with ear plugs on, but the music downstairs can be noisy until 12.
