Liked: Staff, all-around, were friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and spacious. Fast and convenient shuttle service for casino nearby.

Liked: Free Breakfast was a plus and adequate. Hotel staff were very friendly. Room spacious and was clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were wonderful. What was also great is that there is a shuttle that goes back and forth to the casino! That was a nice plus rather than taking your vehicle. Seneca casino does not offer breakfast with their stay and they are slightly priced higher....
Disliked: The room furniture was extremely old like it was back from the '70s even though there was plenty of furniture. Refrigerator was small and freezer was full of frost, could not put anything in it. Shower head was the worst in our unit and hopefully not others were like that....

Fall Ride 2024

Liked: Rooms were very nice, and the workers there were very polite. We were very happy with our stay. Would definitely stay there again, and tell others about White Pine Lodge.
Disliked: Pool and Hot Tub was under construction, and the breakfast included was not that good. Thank goodness for Burger King next door.
