Disliked: very dated hotel. Room was really old includingt the bed sheets. COffee machine was dirty and I could not use it.

Liked: This hotel was priced for $230, and then they charged me $851. I called 2 minust after I made the reservation to cancel the room after seeing the charge, and no one answered. Their voice mail was and still full. They didn't even reply to any of my emails.Still today, I can't talk with someone other than the desk person, and she refused to let me talk with the manager.Worse customer service ever. This places is a scamm.

Perfect for a short winter...

Liked: Clean and welcoming environment. Location was next to lots of food options and close to ski resorts.
Disliked: Parking was not great. Icy lot.

forced due to avalanche and...

Liked: The hotel was quite lovely.....
Disliked: The fact that we had to pay almost $700 for ONE room, with two full beds to share with our children was disgusting. Had we booked at the hotel directly it would have cost us $200 MAYBE. Our daughter has a genetic disorder and we were forced off the road due to the avalanche. We were stuck on I70 for hours and were severely taken advantage of. You should be disgusted with yourselves taking people's hard earned money like that when there are no alternatives.
