Liked: The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The floors were vinyl plank which was nice. No worry about nasty carpet. It is conveniently located.
Disliked: There is a kitchenette but no pots, silverware, cups, nothing. Shower curtain was torn at the top. Shower head was rusty and looked old. Because Taylor Swift was in town we had to pay 250.00 per night for a room that normally is 65.00.

The bathroom was dirty and...

Disliked: The bathroom had black hair all over the floor. A used washcloth was left hanging over the shower rod. A staff member knocked on our door around 9 or 10pm and asked us to search the room for a tape recorder that a guest had left behind. A tape recorder??? It freaked us out and was so upsetting that we couldn't sleep that night. Dirty and felt unsafe. It was the only hotel we could find during the Taylor Swift concert so we had no choice but never again.

Liked: We were visiting for a concert in town and this hotel was more than accommodating. We ended up having to add extra nights and the front desk staff was super helpful. The room was really clean as well I would stay here again if I was visiting Indy again.
