Disappointing

Liked: I was so excited to stay at the property, but it was not a good experience and needed to cancel my stay after 5 minutes being in the room. There were several major water leaks in the room around that large window and on the ceiling. We also notice that there were signs of mold forming and the ceiling showed signs that these have been occurring for some time. We left that room as and immediately asked for a cancellation.

CHECK YOUR BEDS! Nasty!

Liked: We love the young front desk staff! Emphasis, On front desk staff. They were so helpful and so kind. However, when arriving at the hotel room we inspected the bed room specifically the bed we came to find multiple alive crawling BUGS underneath our sheets. Then we also find a lot of hair stuck under the sheets as well. Not to mention there is NO cleaning staff at night. The shower is weirdly made and is nasty with the rocks as the shower floor (which was very uncomfortable) and the shower head barely put out water. They did eventually move us to another room after an hour wait and us having to go down there because no one ever came back to let us know. The manager lost my contract that I signed when checking in!! We will never stay at this hotel again! CHECK YOUR BEDS! We also found a bug in the bed 2nd room they put us in!!
