A great time

Liked: The whole stay was good. The people serving us were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and all round efficient.Breakfast was excellent and the one evening meal we had was very good.
Disliked: Door from bedroom to bathroom was sticking where it had dropped. Reported to owner forr next guest.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious. I loved those pancakes.Location was great too - just a minute away from the bus station and a 4-5 mins walk away from the train station. Many grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Liked: Nice property but a bit tired.
Disliked: Need refreshing with decoration, new flooring and furniture. There was a gap at the bottom of my bedroom door. I had to put a towel down to stop the cold air coming in my room. I asked one of the staff for a blanket but he was not helpful and I felt put out. However he did find one for when I had explained that I was simply asking for a blanket as there was none in the wardrobe. The hotel was very cold and the heating was switched on from 4:30am at 7:30am and 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The pub at the hotel was closed at 9:30pm whereas it should have have been closed at 10am.
