Liked: This is an excellent hotel. The hotel offers a shuttle from the ferry to their property. They have bikes that guests can use. In addition, they have several snacks to offer throughout the day (pastries at breakfast, cookies during mid-day and cheese and wine ahead of dinner time). The staff was excellent, warm and friendly.

Liked: Property was within walking distance to town, many choices of accommodations and well kept grounds
Disliked: Loved everything - room, linens, staff, early morning coffee & pastries, afternoon port & cheeses, location to town

Wonderful place to experience Nantucket.

Disliked: Only challenge was on our first day there was group with many,many young children-made for noisy, somewhat hectic environment. Second day much better.

Liked: We absolutely loved the hotel. The room was spacious and decorated beautifully. The staff were all so friendly and helpful! We stayed at the Residences and loved being able to walk to town, to the Brandt Point Bar and beaches. We also loved having access to the bikes
