Liked: The property is located in the center of the town making it within walking distance of many amenities and restaurants etc. The outdoor rooftop hot tubs were a highlight even during the cold weather snap.
Disliked: The room had some sort of stain from a liquid running down one of the walls that was not pleasant to see. The staff were very unhelpful and did not seem educated on the town of Jasper. The staff did not know about what restaurants were around or open and suggested we just walk to find out…. The primary suggestions by staff was the two restaurants located inside the hotel, Earls and Smittys. This was very disappointing as both those restaurants are well known chain restaurants. Very disappointed in the staff.

Liked: My daughter and I have been coming to Jasper annually for the last five years and we have stayed at Whistler’s Inn three, and we love it.
Disliked: My only complaint is regarding alcohol consumption in the hot tubs. The capacity is six people per tub and there are only two, so when people in groups are drinking they tend to spend a lot more time in the hot tub which makes them unavailable for others.

Disliked: Decoration is a bit outdated. Other than that all perfect.

Liked: The staff were amazing and very helpful; the room was beautiful and very clean.
Disliked: Would have preferred a king size bed instead of two queen.
