Liked: Whistlers is the classic old school bed and breakfast - a house filled with antiques and memories and lots of character. It is family run and they care about the guests. This is standard NOT box hotel but if you enjoy sitting in the reading room with a glass of sherry this is your place

Liked: Friendly staff with many recommendations about the area; comfortable bed; antique communal rooms; close to the center of town
Disliked: The house is older, which is part of the charm, but there are the typical inconveniences as a result (few outlets, etc.)

Liked: Walking distance to town; house full of character; knowledgable host of the town and surroundings (Lisa); Lenox is a beautiful town
Disliked: Uncomfortable mattress; must carry luggage up stairs (ok for us but might be difficult for some)
