Liked: Good ambience as soon as you walk in! The bell hop trolleys in the parking area were a great help. Our pool and hot tub view was entertaining! Pool and hot tub temperatures were perfect! Loads of towels available when you get out of the water. Staff were very pleasant. Perfect location for wandering around the village.
Disliked: Our suite was FREEZING when we arrived, as if no one had stayed in this room for a long time and they shut the heat off. The heat had to be switched to ‘on’ mode with a special key so maintenance had to come, which took some time. Then when it was sorted it took HOURS for the room to reach a comfortable temperature.There were no robes provided for transit between room and pool.We were looking forward to having a fire but the fireplace was ‘out of order’. We assumed since they appear to be wood burning fireplaces they don’t want to deal with the hassle of irresponsible guest use (understandably), but it can feel misleading when an amenity that may be a factor of swaying your booking is not available upon arrival.

Liked: I had a fantastic stay! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was perfect for exploring. Highly recommend!
