Liked: Just a lovely place to stay from the moment we arrived to the moment we left great staff throughout in all aspects couldn't fault anything highly recommend looking forward to stay again soon .So happy to see genuine hardworking people thank you.

Exceptional

Liked: We received a warm welcome and were able to check in as soon as we arrived at midday. Being able to park at the hotel was excellent and the location meant we avoided city centre traffic. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast.
Disliked: A small point would be that the bath tub was dated and could do with renewal, and breakfast service on the second day was a bit hit and miss, but these are very minor things in a great hotel.

Loved our stay.

Liked: Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Hotel location is excellent.
Disliked: Shame that their car park is not big enough to accommodate every customer travelling by car, but they offered an optional parking in a short walking distance, which was great.

Liked: Location good. Room size was ok. Breakfast was ok. So many good staffs.
Disliked: Nothing much.

Very enjoyable.

Liked: Location is great,breakfast was very nice,room was a little bit tired but very comfortable bed,it’s a Victorian building so nice architecture and excellent well kept garden which catches the sun with seating.
Disliked: Bit tight in the car park,the organ is a little bit loud.
