Super stay - would go...
Liked: The location of the property was superb with fabulous views; Jane made us very welcome!! All was great with the room - bathroom door and wardrobe doors didn't close properly, but that is only to be expected in the type of property..... bathroom door did lock from the inside for privacy.Breakfast was lovely, especially the fresh hens eggs from the farm
Disliked: Nothing could be improved with the propertyThe only bugbear (nothing to do with the property itself) was the road at the end of the drive, which the Highways Agencies could do with looking at - people drive far too fast, then have to brake hard when they were behind us as we were turning into the farm - much to their panic!!

Exceptional
Liked: Jane is a fantastic host, the B&B is nice and super quiet, we had the best sleep there! The surrounding countryside is stunning and you will get to Richmond with a short drive. Delicous and local breakfast and if you have any questions or needs - Jane is happy to help out. Bonus for the super cute and friendly farmcat!

Liked: Stunning location, beautiful farmhouse. Cooked breakfast is prepared for each guest fresh. Fruits, cereals and yoghurt are available as is fruit juice and tea and coffee too. Jane provides a very personal service. Our room was very spacious, comfortable bed and a plentiful supply of hot water for showers.
Disliked: Nothing!!

A wonderful unforgettable experience.
Liked: Helen and I had 2 nights stop over at Washton Springs and had a truly wonderful break. Our host Jane catered for all our needs and put on a wonderful breakfast in the morning for us. We seemed to be able to drift about the place as if staying with a relative. If you visit you'll meet a little resident 3 legged cat who's a real sweety and I would have loved to take him home with me.
Disliked: Having to come home. Brilliant proximity to Richmond aswell.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing, and our host was so accommodating I hadn't said in advance that I was gluten free nothing was too much trouble and she was able to provide me with gf toast. The breakfast room has a stunning bay window looking out over the garden and landscape beyond. We were a last minute booking but we're made very welcome.
