Disliked: At the time of checking in I was on crutches, I am normally fine with 1 flight of stairs- which is what I thought I was advised on. I found it difficult to go up and down 2 flights of stairs. The receptionist during check in did not check if I would be ok with the 2 flight of stairs and there were no lifts. The bath was super dangerous for me to get in and out. It was the same for the rest of my family, it was slippery for them to get in and out. We had the breakfast buffet, this was absolutely disappointing. The food was dry and crusted over, we had to go elsewhere for any meal options for the rest of our trip. But I still have to say the receptionist were friendly, the kids loved the place our balcony overlooks the pool
