Liked: The room size and cleanliness
Disliked: There are no outlets by the bed. Staff and guests were trying to gain access to my room at the crack of dawn. Which was scary for me it made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Housekeeping was also trying to gain access to my room even after having my do not disturb sign.. don't plan on sleeping in after 0700. The amount of noise and traffic makes it impossible

So great we will return...

Liked: The staff was so friendly and helpful! Our room was comfortable and easy access to the pool and restaurant were wonderful. We took our little dog along and she was able to go pretty much everywhere with us and they even had dog treats in the lobby for her!
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: From the time we walked into the lobby, the staff was excellent, attentive, greeted us, very kind and accommodating, and went up and beyond! The room was perfect! So comfortable and very nice. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food was excellent! Our food server was friendly, and so helpful! The grounds and location were ideal! This was our first time staying here and we were really impressed.... we will be back again, it is certain!!!
Disliked: There is absolutely nothing that we didn't like! This hotel and the staff were excellent!

Disliked: We have pre-requested foam pillows. We asked again at check-in. They did provide extra pillows, but they were not foam pillows. Don’t ask us if we want them when you can’t provide them.

Amazing Resort to Recharge and...

Liked: This is an exceptionally beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony looking out over breathtaking desert sunsets. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful in every imaginable way, from correcting a small problem with our booking to recommending must-visit dining spots. The staff really went above and beyond, especially a young woman named Yanna who was happy to recommend hikes and restaurants, and was a lovely person to interact with.The location made it easy to reach local hiking spots such as Pima Canyon, but also was fairly easy to reach Saguaro National Park. It's also only ~20 mins from downtown dining and 40 mins from the airport.We did not want to leave and were already discussing our return on the flight home.
Disliked: I cannot think of anything that could have been better other than our decision to not stay longer.
