Unsatisfactory ... due to staff...

Disliked: Somewhat surly front desk clerk upon check-in. Electronic key cards did not work early in morning day after arrival. When I went to office to have key cards reprogrammed, male security guard (?) saw fit to put his two cents worth in. It really wasn't any of his business. Stay in your lane, pal ! Same male using foul language within earshot of guests (me) while he was regaling female staff with exploits of his wonderful home made soup. At least four employees, including front desk clerk and male (security guard ?) spent entire morning sitting outside, smoking, chatting, accomplishing nothing. Maybe you folks should spend less time sitting around smoking, and more time cleaning up the mess of cigarette butts all over the sidewalk along the front of the rooms !

Disliked: Room shows some wear, wifi slow at times

Disliked: A couple of minor things that I brought to the attention of management. It is an older property, and generally well maintained, and these things did not affect my stay.
