The best kept secret for...

Liked: My husband had a work trip scheduled in Westport, which is a 4-hour drive from where we live. His boss treated us to a 2-night stay here at the cottages. We were thrilled about the hot tub and the marina view. Everything was within walking distance, and we discovered that Blue Buoy has the best sausages and squishy cinnamon rolls for breakfast! We will definitely be back!

Great dog-friendly cottages

Liked: We love these little cottages! They are a perfect getaway for us and our two pups. We especially love the view of the Marina, and the close walk to the shops, restaurants and being across the street from the ocean/beach. It was off season, so pretty quiet (which we enjoyed) We will definitely be back again this summer!

Liked: We love the comfort and quiet of these units. Very warm and great location. Our second time here. This is a place to keep coming back to.

Could have been a great...

Liked: We liked the location and view of the water. The beds were comfortable. Downtown shops and restaurants were just a short walk away.
Disliked: I would have given our stay/experience a much higher rating (a "10") if not for the sound of the metal vent above our kitchenette banging against the roof every time the wind blew (pretty much all weekend). It was especially loud between 2 and 4 a.m. It sounds like someone slamming a cabinet door over and over again. It was impossible to sleep through, even with earplugs in. We were not offered any help until just before our check-out time Monday morning.
