Liked: Vera central, close to the beach, offering services at the beach, very god level of equipment in the kitchen for a very convenient price.
Disliked: The matress if the bed needs replacement.

Liked: The room was very clean. Everything worked great. Location for bus from airport and trolleys was 1-2;blocks. Distance from beach 5minutes at most.
Disliked: Could use dishwash detergent for sink as had 3 glasses to wash. It had dishwasher detergent so had to run dishwasher to clean 3 glasses.

Liked: Arrived very early after disembarking our cruise that morning, but was kindly allowed to check in. Very simple and friendly process. Room was clean and washing and drying facilities was a huge benefit after a 7 day cruise. Kitchen facilities were also great, as could purchase food from the nearby CVS. Good selection of TV channels and decent WiFi.
Disliked: Unfortunately was not given information at the front desk about beach chairs and umbrellas. After reading reviews and asking, I was told it was too late as it was 4.30pm. The "shop" at the back of the hotel is unstaffed with nearly empty shelves. I'm not sure why it's still open or advertised.
