Liked: It was very clean and had been newly painted, the flooring was new as well. The beds were very comfortable. The towels were new and clean. The room was large.
Disliked: We would have liked to have enough towels for everyone, which was requested before we arrived. As others have stated, there was only 1 towel for 3 people. Also, there was no HOT WATER!! I mentioned it to the staff, but nothing was done about it. The room was also very dark - more or better lights would have made it better. The bathroom door did not have a lock on it, nor would it latch. There also was no hangers and the office did not have any, so no place to hang our coats or other items up.

Liked: The heat worked well and the hot water was right there. Quiet place and good for sleeping. Parking right outside the room. Nice view with the elevation.
Disliked: There was only one bath towel and a bath mat. Wasn't a big deal for me as I was alone but I can imagine it would be an issue for some. Couldn't get the TV to show anything but CHCH.

Liked: The room was somewhat clean.
Disliked: Old used furniture, light bulbs missing, stained seats, no light at or on desk. Seems like people live at motel. Noisy, fighting, police were there at 3am dealing with trouble. People sitting outside my room in blankets. I could go on.
