Liked: Excellent food and helpful staff
Disliked: I don’t particularly like the tipping options ie on the card machine. It puts people on the spot. I suspect it goes straight to the boss.

Very enjoyable

Liked: Staff friendliness, bar and restaurant excellent
Disliked: Bedroom floor had no rugs which meant it was cold underfoot. We understand the need to be able to clean the floor as we have a dog but some washable rugs would be nice

Nice overnight stay in very...

Liked: Clean, warm and all necessary facilities
Disliked: Parking bays much too narrow so parked outside in access road.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff

Liked: The staff are always wonderful and the position of the hotel is perfect when en route to Scotland
Disliked: Very busy so access to breakfast times were limited. I have noticed the price really creeping up
