Liked: This hotel was excellent, great value for money. The staff were very helpful, the room was spotless, we were bed and breakfast, on visits before to Pitlochry this is the best hotel we have stayed in.

Liked: Very friendly staff welcoming on arrival. The room was spotless, the beds were comfy and great location. A short walk to the centre of Pitlochry.

Liked: Good parking and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Good size rooms with excellent en suite shower

Liked: We were upgraded to a family room which had been redone - it was excellent - everything we needed - breakfast was very good - excellent choice and replenished hot food frequently.
Disliked: Nothing as far as we were concerned.

Friendly staff and a beautiful...

Liked: Staff were very friendly, the room was freshly remodelled. Great variety at breakfast and staff gave us a lovely recommendation for dinner.
Disliked: They are still in the process of remodelling the room, some wallpaper and trims were missing, but this didn’t affect our stay at all. We were accidentally charged for the room, when we had already paid for it when we booked, but staff quickly and happily provided a refund.
