Liked: We were pleased with this luxury hotel. Very clean and loads of amenities. Great look and coffee shop. Very pleasant, helpful valet and desk employees.

Disliked: As soon as I walked in, the lady at the front desk was talking to another guest about me, hateful stuff. I checked prices for the night online and the price doubled after a few seconds after a lady leaving loudly made sexually inappropriate comments about me. Within about 3 minutes, the price went from under $100 to a total of almost $300 including the $100 deposit. After being talked about and made very clear that guests as well as employees didn't want me there, I was given my keys and told where the elevator was. The elevator did not work so I went back and the other lady gave me new keys and I got up to my room. Cameras in my room, someone went in my room while I was in the bathroom and moved my stuff around and tilted back the TV. I went to the front desk and told them and was treated like worthless garbage. I cancelled my room and left after not even an hour. Horrible place, horrible staff, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not stay there, ZERO STARRS, DO NOT RECOMMEND

Liked: Everyone is very helpful and very pleasant! Restaurant is delicious.Close to everything!
Disliked: Side of bed closest to bathroom was uncomfortable. Mattress needs to be turned more.

Liked: Great location because everything you need is in walking distance with the exception of the beach and beds were exceptionally comfortable now I see why this chain is so expensive. I wouldn't mind spending multiple nights if I could afford it.
