Liked: location and ease of check in.
Disliked: parking situation i.e. app was hard to use and confusing. Starbucks made my coffee wrong. Pillows were too plush and caused a crick in my neck.

I enjoyed my stay despite...

Liked: My check in was met with a security officer following me to enforce moving my car from in front of the lobby when this has been my standard procedure when checking in. Moreover there was a car in front of me that made it difficult for me to move my car and security did not enforce the person to move, so do I jump over the car? And the desk person did not help the situation by raising her voice at me. I hope this experience is not your standard because it’s deplorable.

Disliked: I didn't have a door for the bathroom.There were bad outlets at the side of the bed.
