This location needs to step...

Liked: The location was excellent. 7 minutes away from everything
Disliked: The room needed work. Things were broken. Hot water took forever to get warm. Glasses were dirty. Mirrors were dirty. There were no trash bags. 1 robe for 2 guest.

Disliked: I walked in, and the employee in the reception told me that my booking did not exist. It took them an hour to figure it out. That was so bad, and Booking.com customer service was so passive about it.

Disliked: I have stayed at this location several times, but this time the heat was not working in my room. I had to check out at 6:30 am because the temperature in the room was unacceptable. I informed staff nothing was advised to help me, then I called again a supervisor advised me that a boiler was not working but they were going to discuss as a team how to fix future issues. Very disappointed in their unwillingness to assist a customer who is also a member.
