Disliked: I have stayed at this location several times, but this time the heat was not working in my room. I had to check out at 6:30 am because the temperature in the room was unacceptable. I informed staff nothing was advised to help me, then I called again a supervisor advised me that a boiler was not working but they were going to discuss as a team how to fix future issues. Very disappointed in their unwillingness to assist a customer who is also a member.

Liked: It was indeed at the right location, close to other amenities. It was kept clean.
Disliked: The water was not heated or there was a problem. I and my family could take showers and we have reported two different occasions and the staff promised to fix it. In fact next day when we complained they could not remember getting any report and they have failed to escalate this problem. I wish I never booked this hotel.
