Liked: The Valet staff and bar staff in the morning restaurant were particularly friendly and helpful. The charge for overnight parking was very reasonable!
Disliked: The beds were a little softer than I like, but not a deal breaker. The room was solid feeling and close to the elevator so my senior parent did not have to walk far, that was great.

Lovely property, convenient to restaurants...

Liked: Nice lounging areas -rooftop pool, lobby, outside patio.
Disliked: Very small double bed.

Disliked: 1) I had reserved a King suite, but was checked into a crowded room with 2 double beds. When I returned to the front desk to correct the error, it had become too crowded for me to resolve the issue in time for us to travel promptly to our off-site event.2) My wife wanted to take a morning bath before check-out, but neither of us was able to operate the bath or shower.3) The toilet-paper holder was loose and half hanging down from the wall.4) There was just one small water bottle provided in the room.

Clean, comforting, relaxing stay

Liked: Hotel is beautiful and clean and I had everything I needed. Loved the included breakfast. I would have stayed longer if it wasn’t fully booked!

Liked: Comfortable bed, roomy enough for us plus three cats, quiet, good food in the restaurant, excellent service in the restaurant at breakfast.
Disliked: The toilet was misplaced by the contractors, putting it closer to the middle of the bathroom and making reaching the toilet paper difficult.
