It was a great getaway.

Liked: The staff and location were both phenomenal. There are so many things to do within walking distance. Every person on staff that we interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing

Top notch hotel

Liked: The building itself is very elegant and refined. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. It is truely luxurious
Disliked: The restaurant/breakfast area is in a remote part of the hotel and does not offer continental breakfast. Also the parking fees and services are a bit confusing which inclines you to use the valet service which can end up being more expensive.

Beautiful, well appointed hotel.

Liked: This is a large executive hotel with beautiful facilities and a great location. We were going to a Rose Bowl Game and it was just close enough to uber or walk. And easy access to Colorado Street and historical areas. Great hotel.

Disliked: Just one tiny thing, the shower looked clean, when I was showering, I noticed these very long hairs on the wall of the shower.
