Liked: Nice location, warm pool and steam room.
Disliked: Long queue for breakfast…. The waiter at the entrance don’t care customers.

A hotel worth booking except...

Liked: 1:Location near to sphere 2: The cleaner cleaned very well3: The security guards and luggage storage staff are very responsible
Disliked: I was "deeply impressed" by Sophia, the front desk clerk at the hotel. I often stay in hotels all over the world and she was the most unprofessional and disappointing I have ever encountered.

It could have been better...

Liked: Well it was very busy, but it was easy parking.
Disliked: Once we got into the hotel there was a huge line & many people were complaining that there things were getting stolen out of there rooms, there was lots of chaos and people fighting and police were involved so it wasn’t really pleasant seeing all of that but me and my bf were scared to leave our stuff in the hotel we had locked up all of our valuables in the safe & our car so that was a bummer.

Awesome location very clean would...

Liked: The location is right off the strip which is perfect for less noise. Very clean. Nice rooms.
Disliked: Mattress too soft. Sinking hurt my back.

Disliked: The air conditioner was a little bit loud . I wish there were more restaurants

Nice Stay Close But Not...

Liked: The staff, ALL the staff, are absolutely excellent. So helpful & spirited even in the craziness of the New Year holiday. Also, the lobby is large & filled with vibe, and the restaurant The Good Plate is surprisingly good!
Disliked: The decor is a bit dated, but the good floor plan design far outweighs that.
