Liked: I love how the outside pool is open year round. I went for new years and it was heated just right. The beds are so comfortable. Probably the most comfortable I’ve had. I called to even get the bedding information lol! I had a perfect view of the Sphere too which was cool. I also liked how there’s not a casino inside so it’s more laid back. Not too much of a walk to get to the strip too.
Disliked: No smoking zone which includes vapes. They have smoke detectors that will detect it and will charge you $500. I understand not wanting people to smoke cigs, but vapes don’t really cause damage/have any fire hazard. The other thing I noticed was that they don’t have a fan in the bathroom.

Liked: Room was quite small - relatively tired but functional. common areas seemed well maintained.
Disliked: Cleaning of room was poor, one day they only made up one of the two beds! when I phoned down and asked for the room to be finished they said they would send someone but it never happened!

Disliked: We arrive to the hotel at 7 pm and in our check in process they told us the rent our room. After talking with several people at the counter they gave us a key. We went to our room, and that room was already taken for someone else. How can I feel secure in an hotel if they may give my key room to someone else ??We went downstairs to let them know. At that time already almost 9 pm (since we had tickets for a show, they made me get ready in the lobby restroom) finally around 9.30/10 pm they gave us a room.We have videos a proof of all this awful experience.I would never recommend this place. They don’t care about people

Liked: Location (15 min walk to the strip), cleanliness, staff, great view of both highroller and sphere, comfortable bed, no smoke smell, no gambling in the hotel. Rested well here. Great value
