Liked: It was quiet and beautiful
Disliked: We were missing one of our drink tickets, and a bottle of Tylenol. Had to leave early so we didn’t talk to anyone

Very good

Liked: In person, the staff was very helpful, courteous, and pleasant. I loved the pool and lake views. It is a very nice resort. The food at the steak and sushi restaurant was much better than I expected. I would go back to that restaurant. It's a peaceful environment overall. The bar/lounge area was the place to be on Saturday night if you were looking for close by social interaction. The fire pits were lit outside, and there was enough seating for a few sets of people. If you're going when it's colder, bring a coat! It is about 10 minutes from a gas station. The road at night is a bit dark, but drive safely, it's worth it. And I loved the rainfall shower head. We were told that it is a lot busier in the summer months because of the lake activities and pool.
Disliked: Okay, so... I had to call the front desk while on the road, and the person I spoke with seemed irritated that I bothered her. My check-in email only named one room when I had booked a double room, so naturally, I wanted to check before confirming this information. She looked up my name and assured me I had a joined, double room as I was traveling with my husband, child, and mother. When we arrived, our rooms were two away from one another. Not the worst thing, but not cool after I spoke with staff about that exact issue, hours before getting there. There was hair on the counter and towels. The soap dish in the shower was hanging off the wall. The coffee lids hadn't been changed, I could see multiple coffee drops on one of them from the previous guests. It wasn't terrible, but for a resort? I expected more attention to cleanliness.
