Loved this hotel. Right in the heart of downtown Houston. We stayed in the newly renovated 3rd floor. Absolutely perfect.

Liked: Excellent staff; beautiful hotel.
Disliked: Pricing for valet parking a little steep when also adding tips.

The workers were friendly and the room was nice.

Liked: It was a 15 minute walk to 713 Music Hall.
Disliked: No vent in the restroom.

We would 100% stay at...

Liked: The whole place was beautiful our room was so nice the staff was wonderful so courteous and helpful.
Disliked: Temporary but they are doing construction down town so it was a little inconvenient trying to navigate because of that
