Loved this hotel. Right in the heart of downtown Houston. We stayed in the newly renovated 3rd floor. Absolutely perfect.

Liked: Excellent staff; beautiful hotel.
Disliked: Pricing for valet parking a little steep when also adding tips.

The workers were friendly and the room was nice.

Liked: It was a 15 minute walk to 713 Music Hall.
Disliked: No vent in the restroom.

Liked: Hotel was very clean , conveniently located downtown and bed was comfy and clean
Disliked: It was loud / lots of noice outside room / walls were thin and could not get much sleep either people up and bring extremely loud at 3 am

Liked: Location, and room and view was beautiful.
Disliked: Price of valet
