Would check out other hotels...

Liked: Free parking, nice beach access and some chairs accessible around the pool area and big rooms.
Disliked: We understand that this was almost off-season as we arrived on New Years day, however property was really dirty especially elevators. We had to ask for body was was to be topped up however it didn't happen timely so we had to find service people in the hallways to help us out. One of the sinks in the bathroom did not drain so we ended up using only one sink the whole trip. We had "free breakfast" included in our booking, however it was only continental breakfast and we got charged for omelets because it was low occupancy. Requested noon check-out instead of 11 and were initially denied even though a waiter had mentioned that they were under 30% capacity. However, after they called to check in the body wash request and realized it still was fulfilled, they agreed to noon check-out. Would def check out other hotels in the area for next time!

Our stay was fantastic

Liked: The view from my balcony was amazing. My bed and pillows were so soft like cotton balls and everyone was incredible and full of smiling faces.
Disliked: We were close to someone that had dogs. The poor doggies were barking all night. But that wasn’t nothing on the Westin

Really restorative and relazing -...

Liked: Really amazing hotel. We arrived late and super stressed from work, this place really allowed us to relax. Even though it was winter, we loved the heated pool and hot tub - facilities were clean. Great access to natural beaches. The bed was AMAZING and the surrounding was super quiet - really fell in love with Hilton Head. This is our new favorite R&R weekend spot!
Disliked: I didn't like how there was no signage explaining what items were apart of the complimentary breakfast and which items were not. We ended up having to pay and it was ultimately because the hotel was not clear. The breakfast was delicious but would have loved to have known beforehand.
