Liked: The staff were the best, every morning going to breakfast on level 23, was greeted by this awesome gentleman who always makes you feel welcome and then met this lovely lady named Sonia, she helped me with anything I needed to know... The staff are the best, well done
Disliked: The elevator was a let down, they were either out of service or it will be playing up, stopping on random levels for no reason

Not worth it

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. The receptionists were extremely rude to us, raising her voice at us because we didn’t hear them properly and they thought we didn’t speak English. If you are not from the US be aware that they will add hidden fees on top of what you pay for the hotel. The room didn’t have any kind of view and that’s why we stayed there. They sell the room as having good views. Breakfast was so average considering that you are paying a high price.
