I would absolutely stay here...

Liked: The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The size of the room and bathroom was great!
Disliked: There wasn’t an exhaust fan or heated light in the bathroom but it was manageable. One out of the two elevators for the upper room levels was out of service.

We felt safe and comfortable.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, close to Central Park, subway station, food, and walking distance to many attractions. The beds were very comfortable, our room was also quiet except for the air con that was a bit noisy but we got used to it.
Disliked: Our room was very tired. The decor definitely needs updating which could be done at no great cost. The mirror was badly marked and needs replacing. The tiles in the bathroom are very marked around the edges and also need replacing. The room is not luxurious. We found ourselves waiting quite a long time for the lift on many occasions.
