A look into time square

Liked: The hotel is in a great location. It is elegant and clean. The staff was nothing short of pleasant. Everyone was incredibly nice. Armani helped out with some things and she was exceptionally nice to me when I checked in-thank you again. The food services were very nice. I liked the espresso machine and the lox for breakfast. Happy hour was nice-unlimited beer wine and Prosecco. Our view looked right into time square.
Disliked: For some reason I couldn’t sleep well there and I do think I just didn’t like the pillows. My partner didn’t have a problem, but once they went flat they were like bricks. But this was just an opinion. The lighting was very dim in the rooms which I don’t mind unless I’m trying to do my make up. It was an older building but still modern enough and charming.
