Liked: Happy hour with a different themed food offering every night. Staff was exceptional. Room also quiet - could not hear NYC noise. Location is excellent.
Disliked: Temp control in room. Even with heat turned off, room was very hot. Old HVAC system, no option for temp control to cool room when hot in winter season.

The perfect family Christmas was...

Liked: Location was excellent, close to Central Park and easy walking distance to other attractions. Beautiful Christmas atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Happy hour and breakfast set up created a fun and lively community atmosphere providing a great opportunity to meet other guests from around the world.

Exellent Manhattan location

Liked: Excellent room size and fantastic breakfast.Drinks and snacks in the evening was superb.Very friendly staff except housekeeping.
Disliked: One would expect more amenities in the room for a 5* hotel.No drinking glasses in the room, shower cap or other bathroom amenities available.
