Disliked: Poor breakfast service really let the hotel down I asked for toast when I got my hot breakfast waited and waited breakfast was finish still no toast I would have no issue making my own toast and this this would be service then having to order it hot breakfast was only warm. Fruit was tinned which due to time of year was ok but just felt it wasn’t and organisation no one supervising and staff all seem unsure of what exactly they were doing. I just was disappointed as I look forward alway to hotel breakfast to me it’s part of the experience bed & breakfast. Hopefully thing will improve as you have a beautiful hotel

Overall a good hotel but...

Liked: The leisure centre was good
Disliked: The room was very cold. The dinner was terrible in that the roast beef was like leftovers from lunch time, the vegetables were miserable looking and shrivelled looking like more leftovers. the choice of potato was either chips or mash. the overall dish was lukewarm. Not a very good representative of what a roast beef dinner should and could be.

Great place would stay again...
