Absolutely worth every penny

Liked: The Villa surpassed my expectation I had to view of the water park and the canal which I asked in the front desk when I checked in if I could have a room like that for the kids and the staff was so kind to look around and see if they had one available for me. When I signed up to become an owner I got the possibility to buy I still have them making payments it surpassed my my views of how many places I can travel to I have a couple vacations and I'm paying for now. There was so many things to do like literally I didn't have to leave the hotel to go do anything the water park was amazing golfing it was just overall amazing. The only thing that was not good was we didn't have access to the TV due to the remote controls but nothing that can be fixed we called them ask for batteries or a new remote and still it wasn't working but nevertheless if we didn't have time to watch TV either way it was just so amazing. I will be coming back in the summer as I'm arrested in Florida and the other two vacations I'm going elsewhere. Monica helped me pick the vacations and I also have a representative which I don't remember her name right now but she was great as well and Omar helped me get to the lunch and he explained everything very well and the accommodated me since I have social anxiety I didn't have to be inside we spoke outside and my kids were special needs or are special needs and they accommodated them as well to go outside with drawing books and coloring pencils I thought that was very amazing.
Disliked: I can't say I didn't like anything just that the TV didn't have access to watch TV. Sometimes the kids retired from the pool and stuff like that and they wanted to watch a little movies and stuff but that was okay we went to the movie theaters and we did other fun stuff just for future reference make sure when someone's going to go into a room that the remote controls are working and the TVs are working that's the only thing that I didn't like but the rest I am super happy with
