Disliked: The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work. And I feel that if your a state resident you shouldn?t have such high resort frees.

Disliked: First room wasnt cleaned when we got there bed not made and dirty rags ect on sink Second room no curtain just vertical blind that didnt keep light out very bright at night hard to sleep

Liked: This hotel is perfectly located next to Disney World. The staff and cleanliness are top notch for the price point.
Disliked: Our first visit last month was good but people above us argued all night. This visit was ok but the room floors were slimy and would stain your feet. Check out morning and there was dried vomit in the hall by our room door and house keeping ignored it.

Liked: Very comfortable rooms!!!! excellent location!!! This hotel had everything I were looking for!

Liked: Hotel is fairly close to Disney and close to other restaurants! We had a private patio that we were not expecting so that was nice
Disliked: The towels were underneath the sink which just didnt feel very clean. A couple of them had stains or a hair. Toenail in the shower but other than that everything was older, yet very clean!

Liked: The staff was very nice and the location was good.
Disliked: They do not service the rooms. We left the room early in the morning and returned at night, from the parks. Our room was not picked up and are beds were not made. No one ever advised us of this and it was not very pleasant. The walls were also paper thin.
