Horrible!!!

Liked: Did not have breakfast there.
Disliked: The room was dirty and smelled musty, the AC did not work, the toilet did not flush, closet door broken. Every activity requires a "fee" and it is super expensive and some staff members were super rude. In addition, it took one hour and half to get our food at the restaurant by the river and it was not worth the price. The whole experience was a nightmare, it was so bad that we left one day earlier, a total waste of money and time!!! DO NOT GO!!!

Cool place to stay in...

Liked: From the first steps taken into the Registration Center, you are greeted with the utmost respect and with a hospitable and friendly attitude by the front desk agents to the concierge agents. The activities are endless and lots of fun for the whole family!
Disliked: Like most things in Florida, the activities and food options on premise are quite pricey. I was expecting that. But I didn't realize that the closest supermarket to the area is about 45 min to an hour from the location if you want to purchase groceries.

Liked: Location was great and local attractions were good.
Disliked: The shower was outdated and the water smelled.

Liked: Very beautiful place, with a lot of fun activities!
Disliked: Everything was good and fun!

Fun for the whole family

Liked: This was a fun experience for our family. Lots of activities to do - free and paid. There is really something for everyone in addition to a relaxed setting.
Disliked: Limited food options. There was a small kitchen in our suite and we should have brought healthy options for food
