NO house keeping and hidden...

Liked: Nice locations, greatly equipped, facilities are geat.
Disliked: They NEVER did any type of house keeping to the room; they don't make the bed, take out the trash, take out dirty towels, bring new towels (unless you call and ask for them), NOTHING. They say it's because they're a "resort", but I've been to many resorts and the all have house keeping. The other thing that happened was that after I checked out and left the hotel, they made a charge to my credit card for $72.44, they said it was a "resort fee" that covers parking, internet, etc. but I was NEVER informed of this, nor at the check in or at the check out. I disputed the charge with them and at the end they refunded my card, but said that booking.com should tell me about it. I think booking.com should tell customers about all this,before we can book and pre pay a stay, because then we DO NOT get a good service and end up saying it's booking.com's fault.

Liked: The rooms are beautiful and spacious! Great fit for our family.
Disliked: Maybe update the hallway carpet or vacuum it. Looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while.
