Liked: Staff and cleanliness of outside facilities was the only thing nice here.
Disliked: Bed was so old, piles of dust and hair in corners of room, 2 sheets sandwiching an old yellowed comforter. Fight to find parking. And the worst part of it all, walls so thin you can hear your neighbors having a normal conversation

Amazing, and am planning another...

Liked: The room, including the balcony with chairs and a table, was exceptional. The golf course was the view from the balcony. The ac worked very well, the room and bed were clean and the jacuzzi tub was amazing. Not a hint of cigarette smoke in the air or overpowering air freshener to mask a smoky room. The bed was great with an extra warm blanket if it feels too cool. The gas grill was being used by other customers, the pool, tennis court and playground were very well maintained. Everyone seemed very pleasant including the staff.

great getaway with lot's to...

Liked: loved having a fully equipped kitchen and laundry in the room, made it very convenient. bathroom was huge and nice. large room. pool and amenities were very nice. Staff was amazing, particularly Jamar.
Disliked: could have been cleaner, found hair in a few places

Liked: Great location. Clean, comfortable room and great service from staff
Disliked: lol, the pool was VERY warm. Probably had to do with the fact that outside temperatures were 86-106 degrees outside- so not really a big deal!

Disliked: Yes, no cleaning, no changing bed, no clean towels, no emptying trash. Room was not as large as the one we selected when we booked. Way too small for a 2 week stay. We had a tool bag & tools stolen. Staff didn?t seem concerned. Never stay again.

Liked: I liked the suite style of the room, giving us a mini fridge and microwave. I LOVED that the room had a jacuzzi tub. The bed was comfy and it was nice having 24/7 staff at the front. Good price, but I expected a little more from it being called a resort.
Disliked: I LOVED the jacuzzi tub, but it looked a little dirty - I think a magic eraser is all it really needs. The floors were FILTHY. I had to walk around in shoes or use a towel under my feet so they wouldn't turn black. The comforter also wasn't the cleanest
