Liked: The manager was very disrespectful I stayed in the one bedroom My son was bit up With multiple Bedbugs They had mode On the sofa bed it's was very Nasty and disappointing I went to the front desk and pulled her to the side.And she decided to say that maybe my son wasn't allergic to something and I said no.That is Bedbugs I went to Hospital to get proof She refused to give me a refund or anything that resort is very Nasty
Disliked: The manager did not want to talk to me.I tried to show her proof of what they had on the sofa bed.It was very nasty and disgusting whit bedbugs

Liked: Great location and easy access to freeways
Disliked: Wish the balcony faced the lake instead of parking lot. Also the pool heater was broken for pool 2.

Liked: We really liked the room and the style and location of the place. It was very relaxing and easy to get to needs and attractions. I would recommend it to others and stay there again.
