It was an okay stay....

Liked: The lobby and guest areas were clean and nice as advertised
Disliked: Our bathroom in our room was gross. Dirty shower. The room was okay but was very outdated compared to the advertised photos.

Disliked: I hate how the bathroom doesn’t work good and the sink water doesn’t go down like kits supposed too I don’t like that the rooms don’t have microwaves

Disliked: They didn't give us the king room that we are booking telling us it full despise we already make a payment ahead. Next day they give us a king down grade room with a toilet still hissing. After we came back at 11pm it still hissing. Ask the front desk which they said the maintenances will come up right away. Hour later still didn't hear from them. Have to call them 3 times and wait 3 hrs and every times we called them they said the is coming up right now. We both are exhausted and want to take a bath, THEY SHOW UP AT 2AM to fix it finally. Make the place wet everywhere and said we will have to call a house cleaner to clean it. We have to wait for them to come up and clean. They also charge our card twice and we still have to check when they going to give us money back. We already check out the hotel and they still haven't give us the money back. Worst hotel in Las Vegas. Will never come back here and will never tell anyone to stay here either.
