Disliked: Whilst coffee making facilities were available there was no coffee! Also the breakfast cafe was too small meaning wait time was too long

Liked: The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The furnishings were dated and worn.
Disliked: The facilities are very dated and worn down. I used to stay at the property when it was the Hilton 30 years ago and it seems that nothing has been updated since that time.

Liked: The Sports Book was very good especially because it was Non-Smoking.
Disliked: The check-in line was extremely long and took about 45 minutes to check in. The room was very cold, and we had to call housekeeping to get the heat to work.

Liked: Huge double-size room with seating area. Right by the Monorail station. Good value.
Disliked: No microwave or coffee/tea amenities in the room.

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: First room we were given was absolutely filthy. So we had to go downstairs and ask for a different room with a $20 a day up charge. Not really sure why you would give a dirty room in the first place and then give me an up charge for a clean room, but what can you do?
