Disliked: You have to pay extra just to use the pool.

Liked: Our reservation was from 05/17/2024 - 05/20/2024. We returned to our room on 05/19/2024 to find the cleaner in our room throwing away our clothes, food, and belongings. The cleaner didn't speak English and we couldn't get her to stop.
Disliked: We filed a complaint with the security guard because our room was broken into by the cleaner before our stay was up and our belongings were put in the garbage.

Liked: The pool the Jacuzzi in the room the view of the lake an the different activity through out the location
Disliked: The part about purchasing the resort it's like u are being forced to buy some time share an when it don't work with one they have two more coming at you trying to convince you to purchase a resort
