Not a Resort At All...

Liked: The location of the "resort" is good. Parking is free. There is not much more to like, unfortunately.
Disliked: To call this hotel a resort is ridiculous. We stayed in the structures behind the main lodging near the parking lot. The room was very small, and the heat created a musty bad smell. The rooms are ancient and dated. The bathroom was too small and smelled of urine. The door to the shower did not close properly allowing water to go all over the floor. Not a resort in any way.

Disliked: The entire experience! The room was very small. They didn't tell us it was a outside unit because I wouldn't have stayed there. It was loud from the outside road traffic, the bathroom extremely small. And behind the bed was a dust trap! The only pleasant staff was the registration clerk who did my registration when I arrived everyone else was rude and lack customer service!

Liked: Driving over to my unit, which seemed not like what the photos I'd seen had advertised (e.g. apartments looking over a swimming pool), I became wary. I arrived at a motel-like space as opposed to hotel. However, as soon as I stepped into my room, I was won over. It was a gorgeously decorated spacious room, with the requisite Colonialistic artwork you'd expect from Colonial Williamsburg, plus mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I was instantly immersed in comfort.
Disliked: <-- any frowny face is just too much; I loved my visit. Just, I was gone all day after I checked in, and would have thought the room would have been attended to while I was gone (e.g a coffee refresher), but upon returning in the evening I found everything the same. However, I'm certain I could have directly asked for more coffee and gotten it anyway. :-DEveryone working at Westgate was responsive to my expressed needs. That's all any staff can do, so that's all that matters. I'll book with Westgate again. Thanks, gang! B-)

Liked: Great locatio .
Disliked: There was no breakfast and there was no housekeeper so the rooms stayed the same at all times also the cold hair was leaking through the main door and the bathroom window. Didn't work what I paid for it bc it was horrible. On top, the other people keep taking my parking space as I have to park away from my room.
