Very good
Liked: We always enjoy staying here as really close to the River Run Centre. The restaurant is also a big plus.
Disliked: Are room was extremely hot and we had no way of turning the heat down. Very uncomfortable sleep.

Liked: Room amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker ect). Friendly Staff.
Disliked: Had to walk four flights of stairs to get to our room. Room was smaller than expected without a couch and a very small living room area.

Not a 4 star hotel...
Liked: The location.
Disliked: The washroom wasn’t clean the shower had mould, shower drain wasn’t draining unless you hold it down the whole time. The lotion provided was USED and almost empty. The sound insulation was pretty bad and could here everything outside the room. The air conditioner/heater was really old and barely functional. The wifi is absolutely slow and can’t even load a YouTube video.
