Disliked: A/C was noisy.We didn't mind the stairs but some might.Communication could be smoother.Our key package was not ready on arrival.

Disliked: It really doesn’t function as a hotel per se. We walked in the door and was told by a gentleman that we had to go next door to the restaurant. The restaurant was closed. He opened it for us and pulled out an envelope with our name on it. Told us all details were in there. That was “check in”. The biggest issue was some sort of vent or exhaust ran all night long. Difficult to sleep with the noise. Sounded like a plane was trying to take off.

Superb

Liked: We arrived in Guelph in the late afternoon before a 7 pm concert at the River Run Centre. We were able to park on the street out front while we moved in. The check in is in the restaurant downstairs. It was simple and efficient. They had an envelope ready for us with everything we needed then, off upstairs (no elevator) to our room. The woman who checked us in let us know where we could park for free overnight nearby. The concert was a 5 minute walk from there.

Liked: Beautifully furnished. Great large space for a short stay. Good central location.
Disliked: Some noise from a generator or fan or something or other which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep but got used to it so not a big problem.

Loved this place, would stay...

Liked: Location - close to shops, restaurants, and the train station.Vibe - gorgeous building, well modernized.Decent security at the front door.
Disliked: Location - busy street can be loud at night, pub underneath meant loud patrons hanging on the sidewalk below our windows.Didn’t anticipate having someone come into our unit to replenish toiletries. It’s fine; but we didn’t know.Please supply some teabags along with coffee pods, as not every can drink coffee.
