Liked: Everything was good. The receptionists, the housekeepers, the bartenders, the waitresses. All of them were very kind, friendly and helpful!!!
Disliked: The doors on the shower that were made out of glass and were also transparent. You could see your roommate when he/she showered !!!!!

Liked: Great staff, comfortable room, good food options.
Disliked: We stayed in a suite which was very nice. I booked the suite because of the kitchen as I was there for 6 nights for work. The kitchen turned out to be just a microwave and we had no glasses, plates, utensils etc. Upon request, the front desk helped us find those things.

Liked: Very luxurious, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy and the shower was also really pleasant. But at the same time the shower is not private in the slightest, and the space to leave the shampoo or gel is not great. It is also quite overpriced despite being a great hotel, and I found the staff very nice but a little pushy to get lots of extras. But overall this was a great experience.

Liked: I was a bit disappointed with the sound of the main road beside my room. I had a poor night's sleep, however when I asked the staff for a room transfer in the morning, they made it possible within 10 minutes. Amazing staff and hospitality from all who work there.I would come back again.

Liked: Lovely hotel, very clean, very pleasant staff, excellent breakfast, swimming pool was nice, small but not crowded when I was there. 15 min walk to the station for train to centre. 10 min walk to trams.
