Liked: Location
Disliked: Very awkward layouts in the rooms. Not couple friendly with suitcases. Quite small. Bathroom is glass and see through with a gap between door and wall so no privacy. Shower was dripping and didn’t drain very quickly.

Central location, complimentary tea/coffee was...

Liked: Complimentary tea and coffee with pastries in lobby every day
Disliked: Carpet in rooms could do with a good cleaning , very little room for hanging clothes in room

Liked: Staff super friendly Location excellent
Disliked: Dark room - weather could have contributed Breakfast- very expensive for what was available

Would definitely stay again and...

Liked: Perfect location, quieter end of city and very near train station. Great room, perfect for us, everything we needed. Communication was also spot on with everything.
Disliked: Housekeeping hit and Miss, even with the door sign out! Also, bleach stains on some of the carpets, I’m guessing that’s what they use to clean sometimes.

Liked: The location is good very near to a tram stop and it’s a walking distance from the Dam
Disliked: The room window lock was broken can’t be closed properly, so at night it was so noisy until 6am in the morning which was so bad..
