Liked: The front end employees were very nice.
Disliked: We didn't have trash bags in our room, missing a trash bin after receiving room service. No do not disturb sign in the room. The room was freezing and the thermostat wasn't working to control the heat. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well and the toilet seat was loose, don't worry I tightened it for the staff. All entrances were unlocked at all times, including in the back where it seemed to require a key to enter. A couple of interior doors to get to our wing were locked, making it inconvenient to exit, and impossible to find our way out the way we came in.

Liked: The property address is close proximity to a relative’s house which I visited.
Disliked: We requested for a room with bathtub because my wife has a prosthesis. The property never got back to us.
